Truck Service Hub LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to information you submit through our advertisements, lead forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), our website, and when you contact us.
Information We Collect
When you submit a driver application or inquiry through one of our ads or forms, we may collect:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- CDL class, driving experience, endorsements, and availability
- Your general location or ZIP code
- Any other information you choose to provide
We collect this information directly from you when you fill out a lead form, message us, or call us.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Contact you about CDL driving opportunities by phone, text (SMS), or email
- Match you with trucking carriers and job openings that fit your experience and preferences
- Share your application details with carriers and partners for the purpose of placing you in a driving position
- Respond to your questions and provide support
- Improve our recruiting and advertising services
Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting your information, you agree that TSH and its partner carriers may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email regarding driving opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to a text, telling us by phone, or emailing us at info@truckservicehub.us.
Sharing Your Information
We share your information only as needed to help place you in a driving job. This includes:
- Trucking carriers and hiring partners we work with to match you to openings
- Referral partners — such as fuel card or insurance providers — but only if you've been referred to their program through TSH, and only to the extent needed to process that referral
- Service providers that help us operate (for example, lead-management or messaging tools)
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Facebook / Meta Lead Forms & Advertising Tools
If you submit a form through Facebook or Instagram, that information is collected through Meta's platform and then provided to us. We may also use Meta's advertising tools (such as a tracking pixel or Conversions API) on our website and in our ads to measure and improve our advertising — this can involve sharing limited information (such as a hashed email or phone number) with Meta. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Information From Vendors
If you sign up as a Vendor on the Platform, we separately collect your business name, contact information, business category, and — through our payment processor, Stripe — the billing and payment information needed to process your subscription. We do not store your full card number; Stripe processes and stores that directly under its own security standards. We use this information to create and manage your Vendor listing, process billing, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell Vendor information to unrelated third parties.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including relying on established third-party providers (such as Stripe for payment processing) for sensitive data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our recruiting services or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your Choices and Rights
You may, at any time:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update your information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of calls, texts, or emails
To make any of these requests, contact us at info@truckservicehub.us.

Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
